I got 3 NB Real Nappies and 2 Baby First Nappies and lots of inners and pre-folds and have tried them but they just soak through so quick compared to disposables. DS has already grown out of NB size and he is over 10lb now and they are too tight on his legs. I was wondering when to properly start using MCN's as he just wets so often it's quite inconvenient! He also did poos and it went through to cover on real nappies so not sure about them. Might have to trial some different types. Any suggestions?

Just go for it, it may take a bit to get used to it but its totally worth it. He will soon settle down into a bit of a rhythm and so will you. The best way is to start straight from birth cause then you are not used to disposables and learn when your baby is going to pee/poo.
