The only thing I can think of is spinach and ricotta. Also would love ideas on a sweet version too... |

| In case anyone else is interested I tried a filling of 250g ricotta, a big handful of blanched spinach and a bit of crushed garlic. A bit hit with the whole family and there was enough left over to freeze. |
