Beef mince, egg, breadcrumbs, herbs, garlic and onion cut finely.
Mix together and go for it!
This is our classic recipe - also makes good meatballs (I use any leftover for meatballs for the kids)

What she said.
I sometimes put sweet chilli sauce and/or curry powder in mine too. And fresh parsley.
Garlic
That's what I love about meat patties, meatballs etc, you can pretty much put whatever you like in it

i ususally put tomato sauce and worcester in mine - finely diced onion. Grated some carrot in some meatballs i did the other, thats a good thing to put in if the kids dont do veges.

Cool, thanks ladies.
I have heard of one that uses heaps of tomato sauce which is apparently really yummy. I guess you just add to the rest of what you have all said :-)
Thanks again

I use tomato sauce, sweet chiili sauce and tamari, with onion and garlic. And sometimes grated carrot/courgette.

We simply use straight mince, sprinkle a little bit of salt on each side while cooking & you bring out the flavour of the meat Delish!
If you want to hide the flavour of the meat or hide vegetables....do all the above

Sometimes I use peanut butter and curry powder in burgers / meatballs.
Most times I do them plain. My way of cooking them is to sear them in the frying pan and then chuck them in the oven to finish cooking. That way I can make big thick ones.

Oh I remember a flavouring we used to use, devilled sausage mix that you get in packets. Made really flavoursome meatballs.

I use this recipe for italian meatballs but make it into burger patties, great way to get veges into the kids.
