Do you have a first aid kit for your kids and what do you have in it?

We dont have a specific first aid kit for DS, but we've always got things like an ice pack and paracetamol on hand. We haven't had any major incidents yet, but minor scratches, bumps and bruises etc and they all get healed with a kiss on the affected area, a cuddle and milk.
Breastmilk is great for any cuts you are worried about -------------

Calendula and Arnica cream. Both nice and natural. But a cuddle and some milk seem effective for the spills and tumbles to date.

I use Crystacide on the more major scrapes on DD. Kind of like Savalon (used to prevent infection) but heaps more effective. The minor scrapes I just wash with cold water. ------------- http://lilypie.com">
