Phoebe & the hot water bottles.
This was my favorite book from my childhood and I've become slightly obsessed about owning a copy
It's not published anymore and I haven't been able to find a copy anywhere.
If you do have it and want to sell it to a lovely kind home where it will be treasured by DD (well ok it will be treasured by me and I probably won't let DD get her sticky wee fingers near it ) PM me.

Ooooh, I know JUST the book you mean. Unfortunately, it was our primary school library that had it, not me. I do hope you fine a copy.

Oh my goodness I absolutely remember this book! The title kind of rang a bell but when I saw the cover in Josica's link I knew it right away. I read this over & over when I was little and if we did own it, we don't now :(

Sorry no help on the search - hope someone can come up with a copy somewhere for you!

Heck, look at those prices on Amazon! I'm not sure you WANT to find it if you're going to have to decide whether to pay that much...

(They should really reprint it!)

Yip I had a bid on the one on TM but can't justify spending what it is up to now on it.

Somehow I don't think I will be owning a copy unless they re-print it

just keep your eye out - I recently purchased a rare and collectable book that I had been looking for for YEARS, on TM for only $12! Seller obviously didn't know its worth (selling on Amazon from $100 US)

It does happen - so just wait!

I'll keep an eye out when I go garage sailing, but if you're not that bothered about having a genuine copy, have a hunt online for scans of the pages, and print and make the book up yourself?

I have a copy from my childhood, but it's not for sale sorry OP!

It is safely tucked away so I can pass it to my daughter when she is old enough to look after it - her name is Phoebe :)

I have a copy too, but again could never bring myself to sell it. I have just started reading it to my oldest daughter and it brings back the best memories.

I honestly thought it would be fairly easy to find a copy.....sadly not.
We have a big Lions club book sale coming up here soon so I will have a hunt for it there, fingers crossed.
