Alot recipes now state you can use vegetable oil instead of butter.

We use Rice bran oil for pretty much everything. Hubby looked into it and reckons its healthier than a lot of oils- it has a fairly neutral taste so doesnt seem to taint recipes and is reasonably cheap. ------------- http://lilypie.com" rel="nofollow">  http://lilypie.com" rel="nofollow">
