Am interested to see if there is a link between having dimples in your lower back & sacroiliac joint pain. Apparently the dimples are genetic in that not everyone has them.

So if you have them have you experience back pain in your pregnancy's or not.

If you don't have them have you also experienced back pain or not.

Any sure fire fixes for the pain lol

I get really bad back pain, have done for as long as I can remember and yes, I have the dimples.
I have strong abdominal muscles and really inflexible hamstrings which tend to pulls back out of alignment and cause extra stress, therefore pain.

ETA - my back pain isn't caused by pregnancy, but is increased because of it

No sure fire fixes unfortunately though, lots of stretches, wheat packs and DH often has to provide lots of pressure on my lower back for me.

I have them. Didn't have any memorable back pain in my pregnancies though but I did after having DS2. Went to see a osteopath which fixed it up...

My major pregnancy complaint was groin pain, right between my legs. Could barely roll over in bed or get in and out of the car.

Lol Kel and I have no dimples and had really bad back pain when I was pregnant with G I have had a bad back since I was in my early teens so not entirely related to pregnancy but it made it heaps worse. I regularly see both a physio and a chiropractor for my back.
