Okay, as I said in the weigh in - I hate exercising! But i really need to. have kinda given up losing weight, but realise that i need to exercise everyday and be healthy. Trouble is, it is difficult finding ways to make it fun, and to be abel to do it at home with the two kiddies. Walks are a bit difficult due to us living in a place with no footpaths and 100km/h limit.

My ideas are limited to:
1) dancing
2) balloon volleyball

i joined the push play stuff and got some good ideas - we'll try hopscothc when the kids get up, but does anyone have any other ideas that make exercise FUN and that preferably can involve the family?

skipping but thats more of an alone activity...you do make up an aerobics workout which includes the kids with star jumps, washing machine twirls... crawl around on all fours like animals...

Turn on a kids' tape and all dance/skip around together? Only if it's your thing tho....
