After the interesting threads over the past couple of days, I've watched you all rally together support each other and show the real spirit of friendship and community you have created :) As Miranda's mother would say, 'such fun!' This probably isn't going to sound as funny as is was but... Basically on the show Miranda has a posh mum who just repeats "such fun" over top of her daughter talking when she doesn't want to listen to her. Just like we all ignore mindi and her negativity but saying such fun and getting on our merry way! Such fun! Such fun! Hehe my husband is getting pretty annoyed... -------------

As a lawyer I thought it was interesting that there was a threat of Oh Baby's lawyer's when (a) if there was any defamation only the person who was defamed would have standing in court to take an action and (b) why would Oh Baby's lawyer's care when free speech is allowed for?

I'm glad some of the action has been re-lived here! I missed the drama as I had an early night that night. I thought bowie's alterior motive theory might have been what the poster had responded to! Drama!
And yes - the posts were really hard to read weren't they?.....felt like a combination of ESOL and one finger typing

Oh, pity the nutbar who was on FB group, 'Wellington Online Garage Sale' isn't about. Her name was Teresa Scully I think. She was being a total nutter on that group. To the extent that most people left that group. Gosh, I spend too much time on MFP and FB clearly. All that drama sounded like it would've been rather entertaining! -------------

I think they just did a clean-up of all her posts and the threads they were in. Probably easier that way! I'm kind of glad she's gone, not sure if she was a genuine troll or just a very very strange lady, but when she responded (with her typical wisdom) to some newbie's question on the infertility threads she stopped being as funny to me - it's one thing for regulars to deal with weirdness, but another to have a weird response to one of your initial posts here.
Oh, and ETA that I never got a PM from her - I guess she said everything she felt she needed to say to me on the boards! -------------

If you go into Search forum, and search by Username, in All Forums - you will come up with a list of the threads that that user has posted in, even the ones that appear to have been "deleted". I think though if their posts have been deleted from a thread then that thread won't show in the list, but you might find a particular thread you were looking for to catch up on what happened if you missed it -------------

click onto the profile button at the bottom of their post, that will show there last visit. You won't know if they are still online but you will know if the day they last were. With Mindi I clicked on to her search button as she only has a few posts & found all of hers. eeek I have missed something
