Is in her first ever ballet show today. I am gutted that I can't be there, the tickets sold out and most of the parents didn't get a chance to see it, but I guess I can always get the video, and it would be a bit of a mission with the babies.

Maya loves it, but the whole thing is a bit full on with the show. The other three terms are fine, but the term they have the show they go all nazi-like about performing and how thair hair, makeup etc. have to be. I'mnot really a ballet mum, so it's a bit foreign to me, but as long as Maya enjoys it (and it's teaching her to be a bit more co-ordinated than me). ------------- Maya Grace (28/02/03)

Jess - Maya started when she was 2 3/4, was supposed to be 3 but a couple of her preschool friends were starting at the same time so they took Maya on. ------------- Maya Grace (28/02/03)

Emma - I was like that at ballet class! My mum was soooo not a ballet mum and I forced her into letting me go to classes when I was three apparently. Stuck with it until I was 17 and hockey took precendence in my last year at school. Now I'm too lazy to start up again 
Kat - Yeah, Han doesn't look much like a girlie girl, but her scary obsession with dolls atm makes me think that she might be more girlie than I had ever imagined.

that is so cute! It's kinda mean that not all the parents could go because of tickets...i mean, you had a perfect excuse...well two really! But it seems sad that other people couldn't go because there weren't enough seats! boo!
