I use tigerbalm to get rid of most headaches rather than using panadol etc. However I was wondering, a chick at work said that tigerbalm should be avoided during pregnancy unless directed by a doctor. I no longer have the little instruction sheet that came with it, so does anyone know if its ok to use or not? I'd much rather continue using it if possible rather than take panadol especially now as I'm getting lots of headaches over the past couple of days due to stress of work.

just so you know, panadol is one of the only painkillers you can take while preggy, and you should mention your headaches to your LMC.

my headaches are purely caused from having to stare at a computer screen for long periods of time and concentrating very hard on what im doing. at work we have had a very important massive report which was due today at 5pm. both days ive been working hard out typing my ass off without many breaks to get it done. my eyes have trouble with focusing so they work harder than someone with better eyesight so i get headaches. tomorrow i wont get one as i wont be so busy
