Hi all,
Our little man Olivier Dayne arrived on Monday morning 23rd October at 4:36 am via emergency C-section after waters broke at around 1:00 am and then started to have contractions by the time I got to hospital around 2:00 am - he weighs 6 pounds 8 ounces. Baby was in breech position and I was originally booked in for an elective C-section on 24th so it was quite good that I went into labour naturally and got to experience the first stage of labour. I got home from the hospital today. I must say I was really impressed with the care that I received and all the midwives were so helpful. Am feeling pretty tired. Ollie is great with his sleep and feeding during the day but unfortunately is a little unsettled at night time so hopefully we are able to get into a better routine soon.

He's a cutey! Congratulations and I'm glad everything went so well. Enjoy your new wee man. (Oh and good choice of carseat - it's identical to Connor's)
