Hi All you lovely Mommas and Mommas to be, well I am very excited to say that my husband and I have decided to come off the BCP, now I have started to take my Elevit and I have made some healthy changes to my diet and also started a bit of regular exersise, but I was wondering if any of you had some great tips on how to prepare my body for conception and pregnancy. Also If any of you culd recommend a great way on how to track my ovulation and how to know when the best time to have "cuddles" is
