Hi,

Looking for recommendations for double strollers and it has come down to the MB Duet or the Phil & Teds with doubles kit. Was wondering if anyone has any recommendations/reviews on either of these? I will have a newborn and 17 month old.

Thanks

I have used a P&T & MB.

My 2 youngest are 17mths apart I got the Phil & Teds with double kit & I loved it. I walked everywhere rain or shine & walked my 5yr old to school with the 17mth & NB in the pram. It was great for narrow footpaths & shops. I changed to a MB double but we did not use it as much as it was to big & heavy & my oldest wanted to walk everywhere. They also were not used to sitting side by side each other, think if they had of started off that way then it would of been better.

Wish they had had the MB Duet out then, it looks really great.

My girls are 21 months apart and I have a P&T verve with the double kit. Love it, cant recommend it enough, worth every cent! I had a cheapie pram for DD1 and hated it so once DD2 came along, I sold it and got one. I use my pram so much more now - the other one was just a PITA so Id avoid it.

The verve is a 4 wheeler but the front wheels are pretty close together so its still slimline. Only problem I find is that with the doubles kit on, there isnt much storage room but my nappy bag clips on the handlebar so not a biggie really.
Best thing - it folds down with the doubles kit attached, which is awesome as we pretty much always use both seats. It folds down pretty small - even fits in my teeny car boot!
