Morning all - my little man is a little wriggler in bed, he starts off at the bottom and by midnight he has wriggled up the bed to the top! Sometimes I leave him there and sometimes I pick him up and put him back at the bottom. He doesn't normally wake up and his room is nice and warm so I'm not worried about him getting cold, but I hear him when he kicks the side of his cot and I have to go check on him and hence I am waking every 2 to 3 hours now and not getting sleep, any ideas anyone? ------------- http://www.baby-gaga.com/">

Safety Sleep ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |

Hi
Our son is the same, so we wrap his legs nice and tight from the waist down, but he is 4 months so Im not sure if it would still work with a 10month old, but it really works for us |

thanks everyone - not sure how he'll react to it, he likes to sleep on his front, I think he has had quite a runny little nose of late and he is wriggling around trying to rub it and then starts heading off up the bed! Hopefully his nose will clear it ! ------------- http://www.baby-gaga.com/">

There's also a product called a baby ok babe sleeper which is like a cotton sleeping bag attached to a base sheet. They can't wriggle up the bed or stand up but they can roll over onto their tummies to sleep or sit up. ------------- http://lilypie.com">  http://lilypie.com">

I wouldn't worry about his sleeping patterns, and it's probably good to keep him fairly independent since you'll need to move him into a bed at some stage (obviously not yet).... but is there some way to move him far enough away from you that he doesn't wake you? Maybe you could try ear plugs lol -------------  |

He's been in his own room since he was born, but I've got super mummy hearing and his room is just across the hallway so I hear him peep automatically waking me up! Thanks for all your advise.  ------------- http://www.baby-gaga.com/">
