I don't know if there is already a forum for mum's with babies who are dairy intolerant and or egg intolerant? I am looking for finger food and solids ideas for my daughter who is 9 months old and it would be interesting to share advice and experiences about intolerances with other mum's.

Oh I missed this. Our family is full on intolerances <sigh>
Good ideas for finger foods is obviously veges/fruits but also making pancakes with egg replacer & a milk substitute.

Yes, we're definitely out there! The AllergyNZ FB group is pretty helpful, and open to join - I'd recommend it.
Finger Foods ideas..
Fresh or dried fruit Vege sticks Home made pancakes/mini-muffins/slices/biscuits (sub regular milks - rice milk* for dairy, olivani for butter, egg sub or fruit puree for egg. Rice crackers or corn thins Home made rusks Home made hummus with chickpeas and/or beans Meat balls
There's loads of others - but just a few ideas!
* Or soy, but there is a degree of cross-reactivity between soy and dairy so some can't go there.
