Hi All For any Mum's looking for a shop which stocks dairy or soy free products, this shop makes their own products and better yet they are close to Palmy Nth. All products are dairy free. Most are soy free. We do make our own margarine replacement, which is an unheated product, meaning the fats have not been hydrogenised. This makes it healthier. There is no soy or dairy in it at all, it tastes good and keeps well in the fridge. All the children at our preschool here eat it readily at the lunches we serve them daily. We have two varieties, sunflower and olive. You might be safer starting with the sunflower, as olive oil does have a distinctive olive flavour, which many people love, but some people need some time to get used to it. The flavour is diminished on cooking, but because we don't heat our spread, the olive oil still has its nutrients, and its flavour. http://www.wholegrainorganics.co.nz/productitems.php?id=csv656028167 We don't normally have samples of the jars of spread or sauce, but we do often have small bags of musli, pasta and crackers or biscuits. They are almost all soy and dairy free. The other product you may with to avoid is our mushroom cashew sauce, while it has do dairy or soy milk, it is seasoned with Bragg, which is like a soy sauce altnative, made from soy protein.
