Hi all, As my other half and I are keeping this journey to ourselves I am unable to ask people around me for recommendations. As we are not yet trying, I'm just trying to get a feeling as for what the midwives are like down here, and even maybe make contact with a few, so that when we are trying/do fall pregnant, I can contact my top choice straight away, and not have to "interview" them in those first few weeks. Oh, and I also know about the Otago Midwives website, I think it is a fantastic idea, but it doesn't give me how the ladies come across in person :) |

Did you get any PM's in response to this spitfire? I need recommendations too and the one my friend had she didn't think much of (although she did go back to her for number two).
