Welcome to the Due in September 2014 thread and CONGRATULATIONS on your pregnancy! What an exciting and amazing journey you are now on! Welcome also to the OHbaby! community :) Here you will get to make some fantastic friends, learn from others experiences and share a tear and a giggle with each other. We have two Due in Threads created each month - one is public and one is private. The public one is great for general chat and banter the private thread is password protected and is great for you to share photo's of baby bumps etc If you're new to the thread and want to be a part of the private group also Just pop in here - say hi and that you're keen to be in the private forum and one of your fellow mums-to-be will private message you the password. Please do sign up to the weekly pregnancy emails - you can do that by adding your pregnancy in your profile (you can also add your scan pictures when you have one and bubs will be there every time you login to the website). Hi ladies! I'm due 1st or 2nd of September, but will be getting a dating scan done in a couple of weeks, see my MW on Tuesday for our first appointment. I was pregnant earlier this year, but found out I was going to miscarry when I went for my dating scan. I had had bleeding pretty much all the way through, not loads, but enough. I took off the one cycle afterwards to know everything was back on track, and now we are PG again! This one looks a lot more hopeful, no bleeding I have PMd to get the private forum set up and for the password, so will pass it on when it is sorted. |

| Cheers - looks like I'm due 1st or 2nd September too but my first child was born 2 months premature so who knows!. I will go off to Dr next week and then hopefully book in with my midwife. |

The private thread can be found the bottom of the main forum screen. There was a URL in the message I sent you, copy and paste it into your address bar. Failing that, got to the main forum page and scroll all the way to the bottom, there is a "General Dads Chat" and above that is the private forums, currently September 2014 is the bottom one. |

Hi to all other new mummys-to-be on the OHbaby Forum! arial4 I am delighted to join you all and announce I am 5 weeks pregnant today with my first baby. I am due on 28th September 2014. Hi everyone, I'm very excited and happy to confirm to you all that we finally did the Clear Blue Test last night and it's a --- BIG FAT POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are very happy and excited! I still can't believe how quickly and easily it happened (for the second time and after losing Our Little Angel in November). It's incredible, I didn't know I was so fertile! I feel so grateful for this little "Baby Mac" and to have this exciting opportunity. It's exciting to share this big news with a whole lot of new (cyber) friends who are also all going through the same experience! And it might be of interest to you all to add that I am 38 years old, this is my first baby. In September last year when I stopped the Pill and we started trying (and conceived Our Little Angel straight away, two weeks later!) I was in shock and disbelief that someone like me could get pregnant that quickly and easily! I had read and heard all these things about how much harder and longer it takes to conceive once you are over the age of 35! My lovely GP had kindly lent me the book called "Making Babies". As I was reading through it, I was freaking out and ended up in tears of worry over the whole situation and started practically convincing myself that we were going to have problems conceiving and I would end up needing fertility/hormone treatment!!! We have defied the odds!!!!!! It's an amazing feeling, almost like winning Lotto! Yesterday was one of the most exciting days of Todd and my lives!!! PS: Sorry in advance if some of you may see this same message twice - as I also posted in "The Mighty 2 Week Wait" Forum! PPS: CONGRATULATIONS to all of you above who have announced the same happy news I just have!!! Yaaaaaaay!!!
