I've got a 6mo that has been exclusively BF to date, we have just started solids. For various reasons (life doesn't always go to plan) we never had the chance to teach to bottle feed EBM. I am returning to work in about 4 weeks and trying to get little one to drink from a sippy cup (was suggested we just go straight to a sippy cup).
Would love to hear any suggestions for helping to teach using a sippy cup. I've got four different type to try, also trying to introduce a formula feed during the day so this is established before little one goes into daycare. Any helpful suggestions appreciated

My son never used a sippy cup, he wouldnt hold a bottle or cup high enough to tip the liquid up so I got him a straw cup and he got it in seconds due to the sucking reflex. By 14. months he finally held his arms up high enugh to use a normal cup. Good luck, youve left yourself a good amount of time to transition :-)
