I had PND after i had the boys and I think it’s back or i have depression. Most of the time I want to yell at someone or breakdown in tears! I don't want to go back to where I was a few years ago. I don’t know how to stop feeling like this

Oh mum to three - hugs. I can't imagine what pnd is like, but I bet that being pregnant and all the emotions and hormones that go with that are not helping.
Did you have a good mental health care provider last time? Go and see them, they will be able to suggest what to do next (especially as you are pregnant).
it must be bard looking at a new baby coming along, no matter how much you want him or her. Big hugs and I hope you get all the support you need.

Best place to ask for advice would be your midwife, they would have all of the contacts.
Hope things get better for you soon

Yea, your midwife would be an excellent place to start. Hopefully things with your pregnancy will pick up in a couple of weeks, I bet you're exhausted at 15 weeks with the boys to look after as well.

Ask your midwife or your GP for starters, and I think either one of them should be able to refer you to Maternal Mental Health. You can also ring lifeline, I forget what the number is but it will be in the phone book ! Since you are on the Shore, I also know a counselling service that is relatively close and run by Home & Family Services (not expensive at all)... if you want the details PM me. Lots of *hugs* to you too, it's tough going through these things but there are lots of options out there for you to get help from - and you can always come on here if you need a good whinge !

sorry to hear you are feeling low isobella PND and depression is such a horrible thing to go through. definatly talk to your midwife or someone else (like jax said) know you arent alone, and we are all here for you, even if it is just listening.
take some time out for yourself too if you can. sometimes it helps to have a break from it all. hubby has had to take all my kids away for afternoons so i can just have some me time and it has helped.
take care.
