I have a 17 month old toddler and am finding that I am feeding her the same things over and over and she is getting bored with them and refusing to eat anything. I don't want to get into the habit of giving her "junk" food, as she eats chips/cakes and icecream with no issues! (must have a sweet tooth like mum!!)
Looking for some easy ideas to give her ago on for Lunch and Dinner that won't break the bank. She eats around 4.30 - 5pm so having tea with us is nearly impossible as I am working three days a week and am finding it hard getting tea ready before I go to work and hubby often works until 5.30 - 6pm.
TIA

My son is a picky eater too but I've noticed that when I add a touch of fun on his meals, he eventually gives in! Try sprinkling some fruit bits over her meal. She might get attracted to the color and the sweet taste. You can also dip some chunks of fruits a bit on a dark chocolate syrup or maple syrup. You could also ask your baby's paediatrician for a vitamin/supplement that could help increase your baby's appetite.
