Has anyone on here used a health coaching service like Vida or tracker like MyFitnessPal to get in shape?

I use MFP, haven't tried Vida yet.

I just tried a free week with vida. No results yet, but have a good plan from coach Pam.

I have used My Fitness Pal for tracking Kj. I found it really great and any exercise you do can be entered and it shows Kj burned. I was using it to check I didn't overeat in early pregnancy though, but still have it on my phone and plan to use it after baby too to get back in shape.

I just got an email from Vida that they're running a holiday promotion. I signed up for 3 months: vida.com/holidaygift. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

Yes, I’ve been using Vida, there just launched recently but offer excellent health coaching services that have amazingly made me to lose a bunch of weight (about 15 pounds in 6 weeks). They set me up with a health coach to figure out my health goals, diet plans, and easy exercise routines. I tried it because the first week was free but I pay $15/wk now and it’s worth it!

I've used MFP before and I loved their program. I have heard of Vida from a friend and I think I will try their program because a friend told me that the coaches are very good in communicating with clients. We'll see if it's really true once I sign up.
