Hi guys,

I'm a student at Massey University - department of Human Nutrition, and we are conducting a survey for mothers, about their knowledge about pregnancy.

I invite all mothers, who have had a child. All responses are strictly confidential and anonymous. Any input is greatly valued and appreciated.
