It's been a little over a month that my baby girl was born silent. She was perfect in every way at 41weeks. I am not coping well, some days i feel ok every other second day i breakdown and cry and replay everything in my head what i should have done earlier or of i got a better midwife. I don't know where to go for help, my partner and i are pulling apart over our loss. I sit silently everyday not talking about her as the pain and memory is too much to handle.

So sorry for your loss Lina. Has your midwife or Dr put you in contact with a counsellor? There are services available, but its just finding them. My understanding is you can get a number of sessions free and your partner could also get them or join you with yours. There is bound to be a forum group here or on another site where you can chat to other women that have experienced loss and can help you through this. Well done for reaching out and posting your experience here. Xx

I'm very sorry to you and your partner xx have you found any support groups or forums? It helps to be able to talk to those who have been though the same thing. It's ok to cry all the time, and definitely ok to feel the way you do. Take it one day at a time, it's all you can do for now x
