Well hello, hello everyone. Guess I'll kick this thing off. A bit about me, I'm 32, this is my fifth pregnancy but, if successful, will be my second child. I have a 3 yr old daughter. Thanks AngieBaby. No symptoms yet, only just 4wks. Didn't get much with my dd so hoping for the same. I'm still pretty anxious as I've lost 3 at this early stage so taking each day as it comes. The more the merrier Guest. I'm due 14 feb but will likely be early as my dd was breach and delivered early. apparently it's highly likely to happen again. How are you getting on? Not too much morning sickness i hope. Got my second lot of bloods tomorrow. Hoping for a good result to give me some piece of mind. Thanks :) feeling tired and can't eat sweet things, but no nausea (none in my 1st pg either!) So can't complain! I had a scan for a suspected ectopic on Tues and saw a wee heart beating which was fab and so reassuring! Still quite paranoid though as measuring almost a week behind where I should be. Fx for your blood results! How long until you get a result? |

What made you think you had an ectopic? I've had weird pain on my left side since ovulation, not getting any worse but it's made me worry a bit. Haven't had it with other pregnancies. It's quite common to measure wrong so early from what I understand. There's very little difference between these early weeks. | Tbh the Dr just had a bit of a panic I think ;) I had quite a bit of pelvic pain, nothing constant or severe though, and he was happy enough, then asked me if I'd had any dizziness and I said I had almost fainted in the supermarket at lunchtime! then my pulse was a bit fast (dd was with me and climbing all over me so think it was just that!) Not totally unwarranted I guess but all just symptoms of pregnancy ;) |

| Hi, I am due 10 Feb. Fourth pregnancy after three miscarriages so nervous but optimistic! I have had three HCG tests and numbers rising well - 60 then 540 then 2050 today. Really hope this is it! Starting to get nauseous in the morning and got all emotional at work today so the hormones are flying about! |

Do we have any news on a private forum yet? Went to the GP today, we saw her for our pre referral to fertility associates last November so she knew we had been TTC for a while, makes it a little bit more real, have got iodine tablets as well as my folic acid now. |

Yeah the wait lists for public funding is extremely long, I'm extremely fortunate that I now don't need to go down that road if this is a sticky one. I was also about to start clomid next cycle as it stimulates the ovaries to help with ovulation. Still a bit unreal as you don't expect a BFP naturally after nearly a year and a half. Poppy were you messaging someone about the private forum before? Should I send them an email? Its not very nice of them to say "don't go on Facebook as we like to keep our community alive here" and then take so long to set up the due ins every month. Anyone else have a very slight nausea feeling in the pit of their stomach that is only just there but still noticeable? |

Had no symptoms at all until last tues when I suddenly went off all sweet food and started just getting a little queasy most of thee day. Fixed by eating though ;)Oh and DH just commented today on how much my belly has grown in the past few days! Didn't think I was eating that much (less actually) so hopefully just fluid. Must dig out my photos from last pg and compare!Has anyone got any cravings/food aversions yet? Last pg I craved chillis the whole time, nothing was hot enough! wonder if it'll be the same? Does anyone else find the food restrictions in pg frustrating for eating out and about? My first MW really put the fear into me over Listeria so maybe I'm just paranoid, but I find it so hard to pack a lunch, between that and what I can't stomach! |

It can be really hard finding something that isn't considered risky, that won't make you throw up and that you actually like! I was lucky to have no food aversion in my first pregnancy and no morning sickness as long as I ate constantly. Found plain popcorn was perfect for that. I'm hoping this one will be the same. As for the bloating, I'm the same. I didn't start to get any belly until towards the end of first trimester but I already have a bulge and I'm not doing up my top pant button (not because I can't but because it's uncomfortable). It will just be fluids not fat at this stage. Hi guys, We have also had another surprise for #3. I have 2 girls (3.5 and 22 months), and I had a stillborn little girl about 4.5 yrs ago. Going to the dr tomorrow to confirm - but I've been feeling super seedy!! My calculations point me at 15 Feb 2016 (if it all works, still quite nervous). S |

Hi Everyone This is my first pregnancy! I got my Positive on Tuesday and had bloods done on Wednesday. I have my dating scan tomorrow, which I am nervously hanging out for as my HCG was only 47, so a bit apprehensive. Would also love the password when you get it :)

Fx for your scan tomorrow Finch. Know that nervous waiting feeling. When I arrived for my scan last week (having drunk the required 1L water 1hr before) they were running half hour late,then the lady before me came out saying the machine had broken down! Putting some big demands on the old pelvic floor I tell ya but did take my mind of my nerves at least ;) Are you having any more blood tests or an early reassurance scan Poppy? Grrrrr on the private forum front :( FB might be good a bit later on anyway! |

Did it all go well in the end Guest? I was at bursting point for one of my exams due to them being late then they couldn't see anyway so let me pee and did a vaginal scan. Buggers. Yeah, I've got my next bloods tomorrow and 7wk scan on 29th. So far so good. Interestingly with my last couple of mc I felt ravenous right from the beginning. I put it down to the drugs I'm on as they modify glucose metabolism. But this time if anything I've lost my appetite and not through feeling nauseous. Weird. The main difference is that I don't feel hungry. Last couple I was hungry all the time. Just hoping for reassuring blood result tomorrow. It's a good attitude Coopersmummy. Good luck for your blood test Poppy. I haven't felt much different at all, not hungrier, haven't really felt sick, just breasts have increased to their maximum size the other night but I usually would get that in the 2WW anyway. |

Oh so many fingers and toes crossed for you to have a sticky one Poppy. Did you lose the others very early on? My first pg I wasn't hungry at all, in fact could hardly eat anything (no ms, just felt really full quickly). So hopefully it's just a difference for you rather than a bad thing. |

Hello, I'm Claire and I've just found out I'm expecting and due 14th Feb :) We'd been trying for 3 years. 3 years ago DH was told he had 75% antisperm antibodies and we couldn't conceive naturally. I conceived naturally the very next month but unfortunately when I went for a viability scan at 8 weeks there was an empty sac. I had to have that removed a few weeks later but unfortunately I ended up with ashermans and didn't have a period for 5 months. I had a procedure to remove the scarring and then started the IVF treatment which we'd been on the waiting list for all this time in November 2014. We got one 5 day embryo from that cycle and finally had it transferred on 29 May 2015. I am nervously waiting for my 8 week scan to see if there is anything actually growing in there this time. |

Just found out after a 14 months of trying, i am pregnant! (Or so 4 home pregnancy tests have told me!). Off to the doc tomorrow to confirm :) I was told ten years ago due to PCOS it was unlikely I would conceive. I'm feeling so blessed to finally see two lines on the test! I'm very new to this site, how do I join the group? |

Congratulations Nicole. What rubbish about not being able to conceive with pcos. What a horrible thing to tell you. Glad you proved them wrong. I too have pcos and I'm on my fifth pregnancy, hoping for my second child. I'll send you the password in a private message. You will find it near the top of the page just above the forum heading. Hi ladies I'm FINALLY graduation from the TTC 12mths+ forum with a due date early-mid Feb 2016. Little bit of drama with low HCG levels and dating 5 days smaller than calculated IVF due date, but have a second scan on Monday to confirm due date. Would love to join the group too ------------- TTC since Dec 06 Me 31 - PCOS treating with Metformin DH 39 - MFI IVF/ICSI #1 (Private) - Aug 14 - BFN, no frosties IVF/ICSI #2 (Private) - March 15 - 2 collected, 1 fertilised, 2day transfer 17/05. |

Aw man, I can totally relate! Are you reaalllllllly tired too? I struggle to keep my eyes open between 1-3pm, but get my second wind when I get home and could have a nap which is slightly annoying. I'm worried the boss will start to notice. Not sure how to approach it with him? A fortnight ago his wife miscarried at ten weeks :( |

Hi Ladies. I am pregnant with #4, due around Feb 10. I wasn't going to join a due in group this time but need somewhere to share the experience with ladies that are going through the same :) Had first MW visit last Friday. I know her well as she was my MW for the other 3 kids as well. Going to get bloods done tomorrow. MS has kicked in. Seem to be managing it better this time round but still don't like it. Have a script for some Maxalon which I am going to pick up tomorrow. Really hope it helps.
