Hi all I have taken a break from TTC and now am ready to get the ball rolling again. So i ask... What supplements/ products do you use to help you with this journey? |

Hey missK welcome back, The only pills I take are folic acid 0.8mg & Clinicians Women's Hormone Support (DIM) The DIM actually helps with making your cycles more regular, The reason I took DIM in the first place, was because I use to get small blood clots during my period, since taking it I don't get it any more. I did find the first few days after taking DIM it did make me feel sick so better to take it after food. Hi Miss K and exciting news about the start of your TTC journey! I take folic acid and iodine. This cycle have also tried pre-seed. EWCM used to be my only way of knowing fertile days and since a CP a few months ago, I have noticed I don't get it so my body must still be recovering. Will be another week or so before I know for sure if pre-seed helped but I have read good things :) also started drinking Artemis fertility tea and hubby will prob start menevit next month although not sure if there are better options for the men :) ------------- http://lilypie.com" rel="nofollow">

| Thanks we have been TTC for over 2 years now :) I'm usually on the tww forum but have taken a 2 month break :) thanks for all of that have just made a online order for a few things :) |
