Hi all,

I'm posting on behalf of a friend of mine who is trying to adopt within New Zealand with limited success.

As a background to her history -
At the age of 23 my friend went for her regular smear. Nobody called her re results and she did not think twice about it. 10 months later the doctor rang and said unfortunately her 'abnormal smear' result got misplaced and she should come in ASAP.

Unfortunately cervical cancer has spread so far that she had to have a full hysterectomy at the age of 24.

I have offered to be a surrogate for her but unfortunately I am considered a 'high risk' candidate due to a prior pregnancy loss.

I am posting here asking whether anybody has had any success with New Zealand surrogacy and if so what process you followed to get linked up with a willing candidate?

Thank you, R
