Hi, I'm 33 weeks pregnant now with my 3rd baby and I've had a head and chest cold for almost 2 months. Started as influenza and Doctor says just take paracetamol. I'm not sure if it's one virus or I keep catching more! I have 2 young children so I'm pretty busy and always feeling run down. Is there anything anyone can recommend to help get rid of this or at least strengthen my immune system? I really don't want to be coughing like crazy during labour! (I know from experience that that is awful!)

Liquid echinesea!! Hideous tasting but so brilliant at getting rid of things! Pharmacist told me it was safe during pregnancy.
