This week we are going to get those butt muscles burning with a daily step challenge. I want you to do 100 step ups a day, using either a single step, some phone books or anything stable that will suit the purpose!
I also want you to remember your 2L of water a day, and your 30mins walking. You can continue to add an extra 15-30mins to your walk every other day too. |

Aw, MAN, and we just moved into a house on a flat section with no steps at all, because of HOW MUCH I HATE STEPS!!! (Whinge, moan, complain.) All right, if I must. But you'll hear my grumpy sighs about it all the way down in Invercargill!!! |

| i used to live on the forth floor - no lift, and had to carry heffalump child up them, as well as being six months preggers. I'm sure that counts for now. |
