I’m feeling very lonely right now. I went to the hospital half way through work on Tuesday with bleeding and a big glob came out, so I’m pretty sure I miscarried. Two days later I’ve still got painful cramps and I’m sick of sitting on the couch trying to rest my body and mind. I am due back at the hospital tomorrow for a scan then to the Early Pregnancy Unit, not sure what is going to happen there. They sent me home on Tuesday saying I might still be pregnant after testing and an internal examination, but I am pretty sure I’ve miscarried.

I’m 41 and this was my first pregnancy. I feel like I’m running out of time, and I was so disappointed when it didn’t work. The cramping is driving me nuts!
