Subject: How to increase the chances of conception after 35

Hello, forum participants! It is known that after 30, and especially after 35 years, it is much more difficult to get pregnant than at a younger age. And infertility in women older than 35 years is more common.

It is believed that if a woman younger than 35 years old after a year of regular sexual activity without contraception does not have a pregnancy, she needs a consultation with a reproductologist. If we are talking about a woman who has crossed the 35-year line, this period is reduced to six months. Since the sooner treatment is started, the higher the likelihood of its success. If a woman is older than 38 years — up to three months.

Doctors recommend that women over 35 should be very careful about their health. Of course, the older the woman, the higher her likelihood of chronic diseases of the heart, liver, and kidneys, which can worsen during pregnancy and require additional attention of specialists.

I would like to ask you how to increase the chances of conception after 35 years? What do you know about this? What helped you?

Pregnancy after 35 years, of course, cannot be completely risk-free. But the risk is not as great as you think, and in many cases it can be minimized.

There is documentary evidence that after 35 years, the ability to bear children is gradually decreasing.

Each girl is born with a certain supply of eggs. By the time of puberty, their number is reduced from about one million to 500 thousand. By the time the girl reaches the most favorable age for conception - 22-23 years, the eggs become half as much. To this is added a qualitative factor. Some diseases can reject a certain number of precious cells, and they will not be able to fertilize!

Women older than 35 are more likely to experience health complications during pregnancy. This applies to diabetes and hypertension, such complications are observed in about 6% of women over 35 years of age compared with 1.3% in younger ones. According to statistics, older women also increase the risk of pregnancy complications, including placental abruption and the fetal condition. The likelihood of a miscarriage also increases. Childbirth can be more difficult and protracted, and these are the main indications for cesarean section.
For women over 35, there is an increased risk of problems associated with endometriosis and fibroids, which can affect fertility and pregnancy.

But all these types of dangers can be minimized if you prepare yourself in advance for the upcoming pregnancy. The organs of the embryo form in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, and at this time the embryo is most vulnerable. Therefore, if during the preparation for pregnancy you will eat right, give up cigarettes and alcohol, caffeine and drugs, take vitamins, you will increase your chances of having a healthy baby. But pregnancy is not the time to start physical activity. You need to prepare yourself for the upcoming before the test shows two stripes. Then it will be easier to deal with emerging issues.

It is best to plan a pregnancy and give birth at an age that nature has identified as optimal. But life is a complicated thing, it is rarely possible to agree with it ... The good news is that today, even in the most hopeless situation, modern medicine is ready to offer a woman several ways to solve the problem and help her become a mother. The most important thing is to remember that parents have the right to choose the time of birth of the child themselves. And to meet the baby when it comes to understanding that they are ready for this.

Thank you for your reply, glad to chat with you! I would like to ask you another important question. Now many people, including doctors, are paying attention to psychosomatic factors. Do you think that prolonged stress can have a negative effect on the conception process? Perhaps this is just a prejudice and it all depends on genetics, age and health. Should women focus on the desire to become pregnant? Or is it better to trust the occasion and just wait?

It would be wrong to deny the influence of the psychosomatic factor. There is much evidence of how the mind affects the body. The psychological effects of stress can have a negative effect on fertility. Excessive stress can greatly affect the menstrual cycle and lead to its violation.

The likely consequences of stress are irregular ovulation, impaired movement of gametes through the fallopian tubes, etc. Under stress, the level of hormones cortisol and adrenaline in the blood rises, which can have various negative consequences. Learn relaxation techniques and find the right ones. Yoga and massage are effective stress relievers.

You need to set a goal - to improve the state of health, both physical and mental, to get rid of bad habits and to avoid stress.

Thanks for the recommendation, you give useful tips! But I also think that it is very important to check the level of hormones. Since hormonal disorders can cause many problems that directly and indirectly affect conception. This is perhaps even more important than proper nutrition and exercise. Although I do not deny that nutrition and a healthy lifestyle affect the ability to conceive. Despite this, abandoning the use of familiar foods can be very difficult. In addition, losing weight over the years is already more difficult than in youth.

Of course, you need to monitor the level of progesterone, estrogen, and thyroid hormones. But, nutrition also plays an important role in increasing fertility, as it affects hormones.

For the normal functioning of the body, minerals and vitamins are necessary, in particular, fiber, iron, vitamin C and zinc. These nutrients reduce the risk of miscarriage. Try to reduce the consumption of convenience foods and sugary foods. Forget about fast food.

These foods contain toxins that negatively affect fertility. Replace them with fresh vegetables and fruits. Vegetables contain various vitamins, minerals and fiber, necessary for health and well-being. Nuts, grains, and beans should be included in your daily diet. It is also recommended to increase the consumption of seafood, especially fish, and poultry.

Unhealthy or overweight can cause conception problems. Fitness helps balance insulin and testosterone levels, which increases the likelihood of normal ovulation and conception. But be careful - excessive stress can negatively affect fertility.

I think that you can not concentrate on only one aspect, for example, on hormones. In our body, everything is interconnected, so nutrition and exercise are also very important. In addition, moderate physical activity is effective in controlling stress and depression.

I also heard that the quality and duration of sleep affects the possibility of conception. Unfortunately, due to work, I can’t get a sleep mode. It is also very difficult for me to give up smoking. Unfortunately, my husband also smokes, but this habit is so addictive that it is very difficult to abandon it. I understand that smoking has a negative effect on health and the possibility of conception. But how to get rid of this habit? It is really not easy, but the child’s health is worth it.

Posted By: Tiana250157
Date Posted: 07 November 2019 at 7:39pm

No, you need to quit smoking if you want your pregnancy to proceed without the risk of miscarriage. It is really very important for your health and the health of the baby. In any case, you will have to give up this habit. Or are you going to smoke during pregnancy? Smoking directly affects a woman's ability to conceive a child. Women who smoke need more time to become pregnant than non-smokers. But the rejection of this bad habit immediately has a beneficial effect on health and helps to get pregnant faster. Smoking is very harmful to the ovaries, increasing the risk of miscarriage and genetic abnormalities in the child.

As for sleep, you're completely right. Sleep affects the content of the hormone leptin in the body, which suppresses appetite. It holds back the feeling of hunger, as a result you eat less, move more and burn more calories. With lack of sleep and insomnia, the level of leptin decreases, which often leads to erratic nutrition. Medical experts have concluded that some women with infertility have very low leptin levels.

You are right, I need to give up smoking. There are so many sad stories. They undoubtedly make us think about the future. But what about those women who have been unable to get pregnant for a long time? What do you think about intrauterine insemination? This is perhaps the easiest way to get pregnant. However, I know that the effectiveness of this method is only 20%.

Posted By: Tiana250157
Date Posted: 07 November 2019 at 8:19pm
In my opinion, the effectiveness of this method is so low, since it is used only in some cases. The method can help if the cause of infertility is low sperm motility or erectile dysfunction. Insemination with donor sperm is a way out for single women who want to have a baby, but do not plan to create a complete family.
I think the most effective method of reproductive technology is IVF. Perhaps you have heard about this more than once? IVF has lower efficacy in women with endometriosis, in nulliparous women. And also in women who use frozen embryos.

Yes, really IVF is a very popular method of conception. But IVF also does not guarantee pregnancy in 100% of cases. All modern scientific studies of a high level of evidence determine the woman's age as the main factor in the expected effectiveness of IVF. Older women are less likely to have a beneficial outcome.

At the age of 35 years, the effectiveness of one cycle of IVF is estimated at 45–55 percent. And after 40 years, this is 3-5%. It is critically important to do IVF at a younger age, this will allow you to get the expected effectiveness and long-awaited pregnancy. And what do you think, does the IVF procedure have negative consequences?

Of course, success largely depends on the age of the woman, unfortunately... Yes, I learned a lot of information regarding this issue. Especially, I was interested in articles that IVF can provokes oncology. It turned out to be a lie...The study of these risks has been the subject of many years of research. Over the entire study period, neither a short-term nor a long-term relationship was found between the use of drugs to stimulate ovarian function and the risk of cancer. Absolutely all international congresses in the field of reproduction in recent years only confirm the absence of this connection. Modern drugs for IVF have almost no side effects. Many of them are produced by genetic engineering. In terms of purification, they are unparalleled. Therefore, modern IVF from the standpoint of pharmacology is a fairly comfortable procedure.

There is still such a lie that children born as a result of IVF are sick and infertile. There are risks to the health of the child after IVF. However, these risks are associated with perinatal complications, multiple pregnancies, and preterm delivery. Most serious studies did not reveal any significant deviations in the state of health and development of children conceived using IVF. All world scientific publications that have conducted many years of research on the consequences of IVF make an unambiguous conclusion. There is no evidence that IVF can have a negative effect on a child’s health. One cell is taken from the embryo and examined for the most common genetic diseases before being transferred to the uterus. Such a procedure does not affect the further development of the embryo. In addition, monitoring is carried out at certain stages of pregnancy to identify developmental abnormalities. An ultrasound of the embryo is carried out, a mother's blood test for markers of genetic diseases, if necessary, a study of amniotic fluid cells and others. If the embryo has serious genetic defects, then pregnancy will most likely cease to develop in the early stages or will not occur at all. Therefore, there are many myths around this issue...

I also heard that after IVF only twins and triples are born. But, as it turned out, this is also not true ... Recently, I read that now in the world there is a practice of refusing to transfer more than two embryos. In some countries, the transfer of more than two embryos is prohibited by law. It seems to me that in the IVF program it is necessary to strive for the transfer of a single embryo. Indeed, the current level of development of clinics and embryological laboratories allows you to get excellent results when transferring one selected embryo. Thus, the probability of multiple pregnancy can be significantly reduced.

Date Posted: 08 November 2019 at 8:04am
Of course, carrying all embryos carries a high risk for the embryos and for the health of the mother. In this situation, doctors resort to reduction - the removal of one of the embryos. Of course, this intervention carries a certain risk. However, it is incomparably less than the risk associated with the development of multiple pregnancy in a woman who is not ready for this anatomically.

The IVF procedure is constantly being improved. And now the need for reduction is very rare. Now, as a rule, no more than two embryos are transferred to a woman. Hormonal drugs are prescribed the necessary minimum, so that the problem of "excess" embryo practically does not arise.

And what do you think, is it advisable to freeze the eggs "for the future"?

Posted By: Tiana250157
Date Posted: 08 November 2019 at 8:16am
Indeed, this is a very interesting question. I can’t answer it unequivocally, but today many couples do this. For example, if a man and a woman are in a pair of 33-34 years old, and they plan a child by the age of 40, it makes sense to think about freezing oocytes. Since this time, the quality of their own cells will deteriorate.
This is also done when a woman is not sure of a partner or in the future wants to have a baby for herself. Then additional stimulation is not required. It will only be necessary to prepare the endometrium and conduct an examination of the body. And by the way, these cells can be used in the future for surrogacy. In this case, the age of the biological mother and father will not matter.

Indeed, my husband and I are increasingly thinking about this. After all, even famous people do it. We are over 35 years old, we plan to give birth to a baby in a few years. But suddenly, at 40-45 years old or even earlier, we want to have a second child. Perhaps we should consider this topic more carefully. I have not yet found out how much this service will cost in our country. If it will be very expensive, then unfortunately we will not be able to afford it.

You can resort to the use of donor eggs if you want to have a child in 45-50 years. Thus, you will be sure that the child will not have genetic abnormalities. Also, this method is used when a woman has already run out of ovarian reserve. Each girl is born with a lot of follicles. There are several million of them. Throughout life, this amount decreases all the time, and after 35 years it drops very quickly. If there is a predisposition to the fact that the ovaries "mature" faster, then a problem arises - a syndrome of premature ovarian exhaustion. In this case, premature menopause occurs and your ovaries can no longer produce eggs. Then you need to resort to the use of donor eggs. And another important point - as we grow up, the number of chromosomal problems in the egg itself becomes more and more. Thus, the younger the egg, the more likely it is to be genetically healthy.

Is it possible to somehow protect yourself from the loss of eggs? Perhaps lifestyle is of great importance? Do you think smoking has an effect on this process? I began to think that it was necessary to get rid of this habit as soon as possible. Since smoking can bring a huge amount of problems to my life in the future. Perhaps you know any methods to save the eggs? I wonder if this is possible or medicine has not yet invented such methods?

Eggs can be stored in a certain way - this is facilitated by the notorious healthy lifestyle. Someone needs to sleep 8 hours, someone needs not to smoke. This has already been proven. Smoking reduces the laying of antral follicles, and a girl approaches menopause much faster than a non-smoking woman. In addition, modern medicine is ready to help - the eggs can be saved. We have already spoken with you that they can be frozen. However, you must understand that if you freeze them at 35, and come after them in 20 years, who will bear the child?

Yes, this is a very interesting topic for discussion. For what period of time can eggs be frozen? How is the donor search process going? I also heard that donor cells are better than frozen ones. Do you think this is true or myth? It seems to me that the use of donor cells is accompanied by psychological stress? How to accept the fact that the child will be genetically non-native?

As far as I know, eggs can be frozen for an unlimited period. But I repeat again, you must understand that at 50-55 you most likely need the help of a surrogate. There is ananomineous and non-anonymous donation. Not anonymous - when the donor is a close relative of the woman, anonymous - the donor is selected from the existing base. Healthy women under the age of 35 who already have healthy children are accepted as donors. In my opinion, it is better to use the services of anonymous donors from the clinic database. You also asked me a question about donated and frozen eggs. In my opinion, this is not a very correct question. Donor and frozen cells cannot be compared. Because donor eggs can also be frozen. Therefore, you can compare frozen and fresh eggs. To some extent, it’s completely correct that fresh eggs are better. But it all depends on how much each clinic has learned to cryopreserve oocytes and, accordingly, defrost.

I have not yet determined my attitude to surrogacy. But how do you feel about this? On the one hand, if a young healthy woman is carrying a child, this is a great advantage. But on the other hand, probably from the psychological point of view of the genetic mother, this fact will be very difficult to accept. Since she will constantly worry about how the surrogate feels herself, what she eats and so on. And all this has to endure for 9 months. In addition, it is not always possible for a surrogate to get pregnant the first time.

Posted By: Tiana250157
Date Posted: 12 November 2019 at 9:45am
I have a positive attitude towards surrogacy. There are situations when a woman has health problems that do not allow her to bear a child. They can be both from the genital organs (absence of the uterus - congenital or acquired), endometrial pathology or problems from the kidneys, from the cardiovascular system. Then she is recommended surrogacy. And only assisted reproductive technologies can help with this.

There are such options that a girl is born without a uterus. The uterus cannot be made artificially, it cannot be grown. At least at this stage, uterine transplantation cannot be done. There are cases when a woman’s uterus is removed according to indications as a result of surgical intervention. Then a surrogacy program is also needed.

If we talk about the psychological aspect of this process, I can say that it is ambiguous. However, I believe that for most women who can not conceive for a long time or bear a child, this does not matter much. Of course, every woman will worry about the health of the surrogate. That is why it is better to choose a surrogate from the database of clinics, and not look for them on the Internet or among friends.

Yes, surrogacy is also suitable for women who have frozen their eggs and want to become a mother after 45-55 years. Of course, in this case, childbirth can be dangerous for a woman's health. In addition, at this age, many women have chronic diseases that can worsen. But I believe that for surrogacy should be appropriate evidence. Also, this option is suitable for women who can not bear a child with frequent miscarriages, right? But unfortunately, not every country allows surrogacy. I completely agree with you regarding the search for a surrogate on the Internet or among friends - this is the worst option.

Posted By: Tiana250157
Date Posted: 12 November 2019 at 10:01am
That's right. The eggs of the genetic mother are taken, connected with the sperm of her husband. And then they are transferred to the uterine cavity of a knownly healthy surrogate. This is regulated by many factors. It does not happen that a person just decided to resort to surrogacy, without medical indications. There should be certain indications: either from the genitals - fibromyomas, synechia, absence or underdeveloped uterus, or from extragenital pathologies.

A potential surrogate must have his own healthy child. And she should not have any diseases that can interfere with the gestation of pregnancy. And she must undergo a certain examination before planning a pregnancy.

I would like to discuss in detail the psychological aspect of surrogacy. I saw a lot of TV shows in which the surrogate refused to give the baby after childbirth. Do you think such situations really exist in practice? Also, for many people the opinion of their relatives is very important. But the older generation does not always favorably perceive this way of giving birth to a child.
This fact can be hidden from strangers, but it is very difficult to tolerate discussions of close relatives. Do you think that these aspects have a strong influence on the decision to use the services of a surrogate?

Posted By: Tiana250157
Date Posted: 14 November 2019 at 1:35pm
It seems to me that such situations practically do not arise. After all, a woman agrees to become a surrogate for the sake of receiving money. To do this, she needs to bear a child, give birth and give the baby to genetic parents. In my opinion, a different situation more often arises. A surrogate may be dishonest and start drinking alcohol and taking nicotine during pregnancy. It seems to me, this happens if the role of a surrogate is played by a family friend or a girl who was found on the Internet. Surrogacy is a very responsible process. Therefore, in my opinion, it is better to seek help in a specialized clinic. Clinics that value their reputation always carefully check women who want to become a surrogate. You asked me a question about the opinions of relatives and their influence on the final decision of the couple, but I can not answer it unequivocally. Of course, there are couples for whom the opinion of their relatives is important. However, in my opinion, we need to live the way we want, regardless of the opinions of the people around us.

Unfortunately for me and my husband, the opinion of our relatives is very important. Therefore, if we want to freeze the eggs and then use the services of a surrogate, we will have to discuss this at a family council. You must understand me, our relatives are a huge support for us. We are really very close with them, so they will be very offended if we do not ask their opinions on such an important decision. However, I completely agree with you that we need to make the final decision on our own.

Of course, you are absolutely right, if we decide to use the services of a surrogate in the future, we will contact the clinic. Searching for a surrogate among friends or relatives is the wrong decision. It seems to me that most couples oppose the surrogate to see the child in the future. In my opinion, the baby should not know that he was born with the help of a surrogate.

I do not know which country you currently reside in. But I have to tell you that if you want to use the services of a commercial surrogate, you may have to go abroad.

The issue of surrogacy in different countries is solved differently. In many states, such as France, Germany, Portugal and Bulgaria, it is completely prohibited. In others, such as Britain, Denmark and Belgium, only non-profit surrogacy is allowed. Biological parents pay the costs of the surrogate mother, but she is not supposed to reward. These measures should protect low-income women who take extreme measures to make money. Proponents of this view say that those who need money are participating in the surrogacy program. Finally, in Russia, some states of the USA, Ukraine and India, surrogacy is fully permitted.

But, if certain conditions are met: for example, most often the surrogate should already have his own child and she should have financial stability.

For visa reasons, it is advisable to consider Russia and Ukraine. But in Ukraine, the prices for these services are lower. In Ukraine, the main payment is about thirty thousand dollars, not including medical services. In Russia, the price is about two times higher. By law, a surrogate must already have a child. This is due to the fact that pregnancy and childbirth are always a risk. Including the risk of the inability to have children in the future.

This is actually a very difficult question. I did not even imagine that in some countries commercial surrogacy was prohibited. I also know that the cost of surrogacy in America is $ 150,000. For us this is a very big price, probably if we consider surrogacy in the future, you will choose another country. But I still haven’t decided whether to freeze the eggs. But I am scared by the fact that I will have to use donor material if the eggs are not frozen in time. I understand that today it is a standard option. But maybe I'm still not mentally prepared for this. In addition, probably we will need to find out more about the laws regarding this issue in each country.

By law, a surrogate mother cannot be an egg donor at the same time. This is an important clarification: for example, in the USA, similar requirements were introduced after in 1986 a surrogate, who was also the biological mother of the child, refused to give the baby to the biological father and his wife. In Russia, a child is transferred to biological parents with the consent of a surrogate. A woman, however, has the right not to sign papers. The country has a presumption of motherhood and the mother is the woman who gave birth to a baby. But it is important to note that, by law, couples and single women who, for medical reasons, cannot have a child on their own, can use the services of a surrogate. But, the law does not say anything about single men. Perhaps the most flexible laws regarding surrogacy are in Ukraine. But there, only married couples can join the surrogacy program.

Very interesting information, indeed, this question is quite serious. And who can not be a surrogate, and also what are the contraindications to this process? Probably, all applicants for this role are rigorous selection. Although this is not surprising, because if the clinic values its reputation, then they should be responsible in choosing a surrogate. As for Ukraine, you don’t know which clinics are considered the best there? I understand that there reproductive medicine is very developed. After all, I have heard many times about treatment in this country.

Hi girls, I haven’t visited this forum for a long time. But today I went in and saw your correspondence. In Ukraine, there are really a lot of surrogacy clinics. Yes, there really is very developed reproductive medicine. And importantly, there are relatively low prices for these services. But I would recommend you contact biotexcom, on this forum you can read more about this place. There are a lot of positive reviews about them.

Hi, thanks for your recommendation, it will be useful for us. I am also very glad that you joined our conversation. You see, my husband and I are over 35 years old, and this age is critical for many couples. Even despite the fact that recently more and more people are thinking about the birth of a child after 40 years old. But over the years, the quality of the eggs deteriorates, it scares me very much. In addition, we dream of two children. But I guess that most likely we will have to freeze the eggs for the birth of a second child. And if we want a second baby 8-10 years after the birth of our first child, then we will have to use the services of a surrogate. After all, I’m not sure that my state of health will allow me to bear a child after 45 years.

It is very good that you plan to have two children. But you must understand that in order to join the surrogacy program there must be medical indications. Perhaps at age 45 you will be able to bear the child yourself. But you may be offered to do IVF if you can not conceive a child yourself or want to use frozen eggs. In fact, you should not worry in advance. Concentrate on the birth of the first baby, and then you will think about the second. I read that you cannot stop smoking. But you need to do this as soon as possible, because it greatly affects your health and reduces the chances of pregnancy.

Hi, welcome to our conversation. Yes, I heard about the clinic, which you recommended a lot of positive reviews. It’s great that there is a place where childless couples are really helped. I even watched their videos on YouTube earlier. Amanda previously asked who could not be a surrogate. I would like to answer her this question, since it is really very important.

First of all, the surrogate must be completely healthy. She must have her own healthy children. Potential surrogate should not be older than 35 years. But there are some more important details. She should not be overweight, as obesity is one of the reasons for the development of diseases of the cardiovascular system.

Therefore, if a woman has problems with weight, she cannot become a surrogate. The presence of bad habits - smoking, alcohol and mind-altering drugs have a detrimental effect on the fetal development. Their presence is strictly contraindicated. A history of pregnancy complications - premature birth, bleeding during pregnancy and other complications are a strict contraindication.

Yes, these are very important points; the surrogate must be completely healthy. It is really very important that the pregnancy proceeds well and the baby is born healthy. That is why it is necessary to contact specialized surrogacy clinics. Then the chances of finding a healthy surrogate will be very high. I don’t understand people who are looking for a surrogate on the Internet. After all, to check how honest this person is is simply impossible. Such a surrogate can say anything about himself, even fake a certificate of health status.

I would like to know what you think in about the Ukrainian laws regarding surrogacy? Are there any flaws in the legislation regarding this issue? Will there be any surprises in the process of registering a child? After all, the legal side of the issue is also very important in this process. Does the clinic help in registering documents for the child? I would really like to know your opinion. After all, you have been registered on this forum for a very long time and know a lot of useful information. I will be very grateful if you give me a more detailed answer.

The reproductive technology of surrogacy in Ukraine is becoming more widespread. Quite often, this is due to the fact that foreign couples who want to get a child apply for appropriate services, and in their countries this practice is not available. This is legal in Ukraine, there are such clinics, whose lawyers help draw up the necessary documents.
Most European countries today are abandoning this technology. And in fact, surrogacy is allowed only in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and some US states. The stereotype is widespread that poor women are becoming a surrogate in Ukraine. In reality, this is not so. Most women who become surrogate are not poor, but they need material resources due to certain circumstances. I know cases when it came to money for the education of a child, for the treatment of close relatives. There is a category of women who solve in this way the issues of keeping children after a divorce from her husband.

How does surrogacy fit into current Ukrainian legislation? Unfortunately in Russia, legislation is on the side of the surrogate. This is undoubtedly very bad for genetic parents. After all, there is a high probability of not getting a child if the surrogate changes his mind. Each of the genetic parents wants to be sure that his child will stay with him. And of course, everyone wants this fact to be approved by law. What is the situation with this issue in Ukraine?

In Ukraine, there is no special law that would regulate this area of reproductive technology. But there is a special rule in the Family Code. This norm states that the origin of a child born using the reproductive technology of surrogacy is determined by biological parents. So, the Family Code clearly regulates the relationship of surrogacy. In accordance with this rule, parental rights belong to spouses who have consented to the use of assisted reproductive technologies.
Accordingly, the norm on registration of such a child is spelled out. Parents independently register it after birth with the relevant medical documents. The legislation of Ukraine clearly establishes the birth and origin of such a child, but does not regulate any more issues. They are governed by civil law, since this is a contractual relationship. That is, there are no clear limitations. There is also a corresponding order from the Ministry of Health regulating this reproductive technology exclusively from a medical point of view.

According to Ukrainian law, surrogates do not have rights to the child who was born? I hope that I understand you correctly. If this is true, it is very good for genetic parents. After all, they can not be afraid that after birth, their baby may remain with a surrogate. For genetic parents who have been waiting for a baby for a very long time, this would be a tragedy. Moreover, people spend money on this process and their time. And if they fail, it can kill the belief that they will ever be able to have children.

I understand that you were in Ukraine and went through a surrogacy program. How much did taxi, translator services and accommodation cost you? And did you paid all sum of money at once? Share your impressions about this country please. And also I would like to know how much you had to spend as a whole? Unless of course you want to share this. Did you understand everything that was explained to you in the clinic?

Yes, we were in this country, in biotexcom. They have packages for their services, so you can choose the most suitable for you. You can find more details on their website or contact a program coordinator, who will answer all your questions. We contacted them a couple of times and they answered really fast, so you won’t have to wait for days or weeks. We were met at the airport, provided with comfortable apt and food. We had a manager, who translated everything. The cost of taxi, translator services and accommodation is already included into the package. So there were no extra payments at all.

Of course, there were other couples from different countries. They also had their own manager who spoke their language and translated all the information for them. We managed to chat with a couple from China. In fact, this was another reason that convinced us to sign a contract with the clinic, there were many people. We waited in line for a couple of hours, but I can’t say that this is a flaw. Having seen all these pairs, we were convinced that this is not a hoax. The clinic found SM for us in 2.5 months. We thought it would take much longer. Therefore, when the program coordinator contacted us shortly after our first visit and informed us of this wonderful news, we were pleasantly surprised! We did not even think that it would be so fast.

Indeed, different doctors offer many procedures and medicines to increase the chances of conception after 35. We also had such a problem, and we could not conceive a baby for 15 years. We really tried everything. Honestly, I didn't want to make ECO, and I always refused when they offered me this. I went to various warm-up and stimulation procedures in the hospital. We even ordered a https://rockhardscience.com/unlockit/" rel="nofollow - GAINSWave home appliance. We went to monasteries and different churches, prayed to God. So 4 years ago we were lucky to born our first daughter and after a year the second baby. I don't know what exactly helped us, but I know that you must never lose faith.

Perhaps reproductive technology is the best thing that could have happened to our civilization. Whereas previously infertile couples were doomed to the absence of their own children, now, thanks to IVF and surrogacy, they can become parents. I am so happy now, thanks to the Feskov clinic ( https://www.mother-surrogate.com" rel="nofollow - https://www.mother-surrogate.com ) in Ukraine and the surrogate mother.

Sorry for chiming in to the thread so late, just wanted to add my 2 cents.

Yoga can totally help you shed pounds if that's your goal.

Yoga burns calories when done the right way, that's for sure!

If you are serious about losing weight and getting fit, you might want to implement a 60-minute power yoga and/or vinyasa flow practice at least five to six days per week.

https://yogaweightloss365.com/" rel="nofollow - This yoga weight loss program was easy to follow and worked flawlessly for me.

Each class is easy to follow, but is varied and enjoyable. Dynamic Sequencing means you'll always be challenged regardless of your current level.

If you want to follow my example, think about coupling your practice with a whole foods diet for optimal results.

Good luck!

Mandy
