I have a 9 year old daughter with Angelman's Syndrome. Nonverbal, not potty trained and needs near constant supervision. Currently my mother watches her during the day while my wife and I both work. It is putting a strain on things now that there hasn't been school for months and its time we find some other options. Had anyone else had any luck finding someone to watch their older special needs child? Where do I even start looking?

Thanks.

I understand you perfectly. I had personal experience caring for an elderly relative. I can say that quality care is very important. This is important not only for the patient himself, but also for maintaining a good moral climate in the family. I can advise you to go to the website of a Canadian company that deals with https://www.factorydirectmedical.com/" rel="nofollow - medical equipment supply . There you will find many things and gadgets that will help you take care of your relatives easier.
