I need some advice please mummies.
Ella has always been a really good sleeper until recently! Over the past few nights shes been waking up crying so i go in and put the dummy in her mouth and turn her music on and she goes back to sleep only to wake an hour later or so doing the same thing. I have no idea why shes doing it could her teeth be sore? Shes not screaming out in hunger coz she just goes back to sleep. Could it be her reflux? Shes also got some cradle cap on her head so i put baby oil on it last night and washed her later on and shes been itching her head and her ears where her eczema is. What can i put on it to stop it itching for her? |

hi jess james also has exama and the only thing that stops bad icting is a wram shower/bath thn his hydrocortasone and the lemis fatty cream i also use pinetarsol to sooth the inct have you tried lemis fatty cream you can get it from your docs but if that doesnt work you may want to try hydrocortasone as its the only thing that worked for james good luck hunny you have a hard road but ella is triving and you are doing a great job and are a great mum ------------- <a href="http://lilypie.com"><img src="http://b4.lilypie.com/nLJ5p13.png" alt="Lilypie 4th Birthday Ticker" border="0" /></a> |

I second the lemnis fatty cream and hydrocortisone. Also, in the bath use aqueous cream instead of soap or bath liquid. It's worth it to have a happy baby

Ill get some fatty cream from the dr then this week.
Im gonna dig deep and pay the appauling amount for her prescription formula till her number arrives. |

we use the fatty cream/hydrocortisone/aqueous cream combo on jack too. i've found lately though the fatty cream has gritty bits in it, like sand! not so good putting it on skin
was at the chemist the other day and there was another lady there complaining about it and the chemist man said it was the governments fault as they got a cheap product from somewhere to replace what they had been getting before!!!  ------------- http://www.alternatickers.com">

With the sleep thing Jess, Hannah does that occassionally for a few nights then goes back to normal. I put it down to teeth - if nothing obvious like too cold/hot - so put on a bit of bonjela, dummy back in and she is fine after that. My little girl's excema was triggered when she got too hot. Have you checked she's not overheating in REM? -------------  |

| I have had a nasty rash for about two weeks- gone now thank god, but i was waking up in agaony scratching - and then bleeding. very pleassant. went to the chemist and they gave my the hydorcortisone which helped, but was expensive. i ran out one night and ended up using a vitamin A cream called something starting with U. the rash cleared up the next day! |

| Yes!!! that was it. we had it for Jake's nappy rash he got while his two year old molars came through. i used it in a pinch and it was lovely - greasy but lovely! |
