| Use ice packs on your wrists to help reduce the swelling a little bit. Sounds painful, I hope it disapears soon ..... |

It's not too painful, it only started last night and is not so bad now that I've got up. Last time I had it for a week though  so hoping to nip it in the bud, as it were.------------- |

I used a wrist brace as the carpal tunnel flared up quite badly for me for a while when I was pregnant, due to using a keyboard all day at work.
