I'm currently on a 1500 calorie diet. Did multiple TDEE tests and they told me my TDEE was 2100-2200 calories. Once I am done and stop the cut and get back to maintenance, should I slowly build up in calories so I don't regain weight? I saw some things online about people having 'stunt' metabolisms because they were on a cut and they come back to eating normally and regain almost all the weight. Should I go from 1500-1700-1900-2100 (calories) or is it ok for me to go back straight to 2100 maintenance. https://9apps.ooo/" rel="nofollow - https://9apps.ooo/
