ARGH
Miss Ayja has decided alot lately that the can run away when getting dressed/undressed, for any reason we want her to come to us, whatever. Tonight before bath time, decided to do so, resulting in her falling face first into the ground.. which she does frequently.. except this time i pick her up to see her bleeding from the mouth look inside and see, NO TOOTH!.. until i look a bit more by moving her lip down and see that yes it's still there, but it's got a wee crack in it and has been pushed down into her gums at the front and is firmly wedged there. i know, cos i put on some sterile gloves and tried to give it a wee push back up before the hole clotted over, or at least thought maybe it might just fall out.. but it's stuck well and truely. So off to the docs, again, another ACC form, and now we have to wait til monday til we can be seen by a dentist.. we had called the afterhours dentist before going to the docs lolol what a joke.. afterhours..is apparently 9am till 4pm. suuuuure. whatever. ggrr. 
I have a feeling that Ayja is THAT child.. you know, the one that always gets hurt or is accident prone. Seriously now, this better be it. also am really pissed at mike cos he got all grumpy at having to come home from stupid stock cars to take us to the docs.. acted like we were inconveniencing him. stupid stupid males and their stupid stupid cars.. i feel like he loves stupid stockcars more than us!, sat in the docs, didn't say a word looked seriously sulky the whole time, then just dropped us back off (ie got the kids out of the car and sat them on the doorstep while i fumbled for my keys, was in the car and gone before i even unlocked the door) and back to stockcars he went. Geez would hate for him to have missed another race.

Awww Janine!!! If it makes you feel any better... Han has knocked her tooth out twice! And it seems to be fine.... I did get in trouble for pushing it back in though as apparently that can damage the tooth underneath it.  Time will tell, but fortunately I think Han's teeth just managed to miss dying - it still looked pretty damn freaky though!
So yeah, I know the horrible sick feeling you get when you see their tiny white precious baby teeth at a ridiculous angle. Trouble children. She'll be a tough one that Ayja
And  @ boys. They suck. But do not fear, you are not alone. My friend came around the other day with complaints about her partner as well, she feels like a single parent even though they are very much together. Sorry - don't have anything to make it better... just sympathy!

he he, yeah, with us it's rallying as well, speedway website that he spends every wakin gmoment on downsizing the hundreds of pics he takes each saturday night, which he spends all sunday morning doing, the kids can't talk to him, can't go near the computer and well, don't even think about asking him to come play girls cos you'll get told in sometimes a nice way.. other times very blatantly that he's busy and HAS to do this. Then sunday arvo is motorsport on tv. Am picking you are probably nodding your head in argreement here...
I think i now know why paris hates me working.. cos daddy sits on the computer doing stockcar stuff and doesn't pay attention to them. HAve been worried as heck with her, wetting pants 2 -3 times a day, withdrawn, clingy sad, cries all the time... until i read that article in littlies mag this month about kids and stress.. and it all went CLICK. ------------- Janine and her 2 cool chicks, Paris & Ayja

Mike's dad has built him a boyracer car.. well, haven't as yet got it running.. lol.. that's the nice thing.. i know his dad takes a while to get the cars going.. so am not too worried at this point.. he might get to drive it maybe by end of season. lol ------------- Janine and her 2 cool chicks, Paris & Ayja

Sounds like my husbands addiction to computers makes me a PC widow the way you ladies are stock car widows... I swear sometimes that thing is his mistress ! argh, janine i know what you mean!! whenever there's speedway on, DP is there....2 hours early so he can get good seats. when we had a tv he also had to watch motor sport every sunday afternoon, all 3 hours of it (6 if bathurst was on) i never thought i'd be glad for not having a tv! once when i wasn't well and he had to look after mikey for the day, he made me get up because his motorsport was on and he couldn't look after mikey anymore.
i don't get this obsession some boys have with cars. they're just things with wheels that carry us from a to b. ------------- |

Seriously tho, I hope the dentist goes well and that it's an easy fix. Maya has cracked on of her front teeth, I have no idea how, I just suddenly noticed it one day and asked her about it and she said "Fussy did it"?

he he, that's the thing, he WANTS to take Paris.. but i have said no way. He gets so caught up in what's happening and bloke talk that i have visions of her running off getting lost and run over or something like that. That is one area where i just don't think he would be paying full attention.
Jax and Vick, I think i have the worst of both worlds cos when he's not at stockies or doing car stuff, he's on the computer doing stuff to do with cars.. makes it worse cos he uses all the damn broadband and then it takes hours for him to get anything done! ------------- Janine and her 2 cool chicks, Paris & Ayja

I hope this was the last of it!! Dont even get me started with hubbies...did I mention I want to divorce mine?? My hubby is addicted to his Family...I am convinced that his family is more important to him than Zaara and I. Zaara and I have been home sick...and he was out the whole weekend entertaining his extended f$@&$# family!!!! After several fights and undecided future...here I am sitting here and feeling a bit better that I am not the only person with Hubby problems. yep sounds like Ayja is going to be that kid - the one the local a and e get to know real well...at least you know she will have a sense of humour about it later on...maybe?
I am a boating widow....like cars but on water and cost just the same...and when not on boats it is boats on trade me or on computer or sorting out which truck he would like to buy when we go to the states...Yeah right he is getting a truck!!!! Dream on buster! andwith boats there is so much time wasted in trying to get it to go and then of course the drinkies after etc...hopeless!!! MEN!!! Bah.... |

I'm a car/gun/bow and arrow/motorbike/sword/bus/model aeroplane/remote control car/computer game/camera/photography widow.
My DP has so many different interests I can't keep up. And he wonders why my eyes glaze over as soon as he opens his mouth. 
He ran excitedly into the kitchen last night to say 'Hahaha, I BET that guy got fired!!' So I say 'What?' and he said 'He dropped a nut underneath the car at the pitstop'. So I said 'What?' and he said 'It's only supposed to take 5 seconds!!!' and again I said 'What?!' and he said 'It would have taken another 10 seconds to get it out from under the car!! HAHAHAHA'. He then expected me to laugh and understand the humour.

They are leaving it another 6 weeks! they said because the teeth don't have root systems at this eage it will push itself back up and into place like it usually would be.. only exception is if there gets and abcess in the hole in the meantime.. (god i hope not!) or if the tooth turns black... otherwise shoudl go back to relatively normal thanks goodness.
Kids can be so mean, just had visions of her starting school with red hair, chicken pox scars on her face (which will hopefully fade too, cos theres lots!) and a tooth missing.. i mean kids are mean anyway but that combination is just asking for trouble. ------------- Janine and her 2 cool chicks, Paris & Ayja

As for hubbys hmmm mine is a workaholic! oh and plays cricket all day saturdays but the work is what drives me crazy and he is salary so doesnt even get overtime grrrr |

I loved pulling out my teeth when I was little.
Well my DP changes his hobbies all the time. He is now into Motorbikes however he is always on about cars. I am dreading when the V8s come to Hams because I just won't see him while they are here. lol, Mike is talking about going up to stay with my sister around that time who lives between matamata and cambridge so he can go to the V8's, am wondering if maybe i should take Annual leave then so we can.. I had been thinking my graduation was then but apparently it's the 28th of March.. so well before. hhhm , I might do that.. Thats good news about the tooth! You must be so releived. DH was the accident prone child of his family- hes a walking disaster zone. I have taken him to A&E more times in the last 5 years than I have ever been myself in my whole life Luckily it doesn't seem DD has got that gene.
I'm a rugby widow! If hes not playing, hes at practice, or watching another team play, or at a friends/pub watching a game and whenever we have any other people over and theres another male all he talks about is sodding rugby.
