i know at this age Rhiannon should be havin around 600mls of formula a day, but im lucky if i can get her to drink 3 x 150ml bottles a day...so how else do i get milk into her.
is it true the a pottle of yoghurt is equal to 250mls of milk?

Is she eating solids as well? She may be too full of them - if that's the case then it's just part of weaning and no worries.

I have the same problem but I feed her yoghurts and other high calcium foods.
I also mix some milk into her solids too. But honestly, don't worry too much. She will be getting the nutrients she needs from food.
The only thing to watch is that she is getting enough fluids ie water/juice etc. Otherwise its constipation city I have found!!

Rhiannon has b/fast, lunch and dinner, i make sure she gets plenty of water throughout the day.
she loves her yoghurt, but hates cheese, and i dont tend to make her cereal with milk/formula as she doesnt like it unless i make it with water.
She is happy and healthy and i am letting her guide me with her milk intake...so im not too worried, but i just needed to know that her lack of milk wasnt going to harm her

Not at all By the time she gets to 1yr I think the recommended intake is 1-2 serves of milk/yoghurt/cheese per day so she's just heading towards that. As far as calcium goes, the pottle yoghurt = 250ml milk is correct (according to Plunket).

From 9 mths they should be having solids before milk and getting most of their nutritional needs from that. I've been a bit obsessed with the twins intake lately until a wise friend ( Gsmum) pointed out that if they were on the breast I would have no idea how much they are taking and would just assume it was enough.
As long as she is happy and healthy and gaining weight then no issue. If you are worried about her intake of nutrients then maybe using a Gold formula (if you're not already) might help. And it's a good idea to offer water in either a cup or bottle at each feed of solids to help get bubs used to drinking it, and to help with hydration/prevent constipation.
(Just things I learnt researching for OHbaby!)
