Anyone know of any tried and true ones that don't cost a fortune?
I think all the Xmas food we have had over the last three days is really starting to rot my body - have been feeling absolutely hideous.
TIA !

You could try Chlorella, its a body cleanser. But it does make you go to the loo a lot, but that's how it works. It clears out stored waste and pollutants in the body. When I tried it I lost 2kg just from taking it lol
You get it in health shops, I think it's about $30 for 300 tabs

Ok, will keep both of those suggestions in mind, thanks ladies !
Have started so far by upping my water intake to... um, heaps ! LOL And will work on the veges thing soon, eat lots of fruit normally.

LOL I can't really drink atm, but thanks for the suggestion Annie !! (The reaction with my meds would send me completely loopy )
Edited to add: Have started drinking some vege juice as well as water, and my usual apples and other fruit etc. I think it's working already as I have had several visits to the loo today (sorry if TMI!)

In all seriousness, Jax, I find drinking ice cold water with lemon or mint sprigs, tonnes of fruit, especially plums etc, that get you "moving". The water just makes you feel heaps cleaner, especailly when it is ice ice cold.

Mmm good point, I will have to go hunting for some fresh mint, really starting to think I will have to make a herb garden in the backyard sometime. Will also take note on the plums thing, I love plums ! Feeling slightly better so far, but am still dog tired - am going to see if taking iron supplements *again* will do that any good (don't want to have to rely on caffeine etc).
