Ella has cut her first tooth this morning and i think it has continued through the day shes REALLY grizzly i have done the bonjela and pamol thing and it "appears" to not really be making to much of a difference. Does anyone have any pointers or remedys to help her?

Also how long till it will stop hurting her?

Sorry can't really help you there I'm still waiting for my wee man to pop one. I'll make sure I come to you for any pointers when the time comes.

Good luck.

What about giving her something just to rub on the area maybe even a rusk so long as she is sitting up and one of you are watching her with it.

Yeah I would try something that is a little softer but still hard so that there is something that has a bit of pressure to rub against.

You could try apple in the same way.

I'm a bit inclined to double-check that it's a teething thing if it's carrying on after the tooth has cut... but it may also be that there is a second one coming through too.

Addy has been really grizzly after the first tooth too, i think the one next to it is coming through aswell but I have been freezing peaches (sliced canned ones) and putting it in the feeder thing. You can also get a welda teething powder that I remember using with Kobe and that worked too.

How about one of those teething rings with water? We keep Caitlin's one in the fridge. Something cold might numb the pain for a bit

Normally where there is one, there is 2! Don't be surprised if she is teething a 2nd one as well, the first 2 (usually) come in pairs
