I'll make this one really short, I promise.
Last night I did our groceries online with Woolies, and set the delivery time up for this afternoon, between 1-3:30pm. The doorbell rang at about 2:15pm, just as I'm feeding Erin, and by the time I get the bottle off her, get to the door and open it - (pardon the stereotyping here) there's this big, strong looking polynesian fulla sitting on my doorstep grimacing in pain, next to a very squashed looking bunch of groceries. Turns out there's a well disguised hole in my front lawn, and he's probably sprained it pretty bad *sigh* Thank heavens he was pretty laid back and not angry about it, that would have really made my day 
While I was unpacking the groceries I told him to sit still and rest it for a bit, he managed to get his shoe and sock off, and it was already turning purple - so I made him ring the office and get another driver to come out and pick him up. Boy oh boy, it is a bit like you have the star of s**t over you at the moment! (Thats what my family calls runs of bad luck!)
One could say that the delivery guy should not be walking on customers lawns though - and that he should walk on the path, that way you can't fall down hidden grassy holes! -------------

Maria - yep, fortunately no real damage was done ! Although my invoice was interesting, it listed everything I had ordered, but there was no total cost charged - just said $0.00 !?!? I'm not going to hold my breath that I've just ended up with free groceries though LOL
