OK, so my gripe is not with the Fuzzibuns themselves - I can't have a gripe with the nappies coz I haven't even tried them yet - they STILL haven't arrived!

Unimpressed doesn't even begin to cover it. I ordered them on 22 Jan, and they estimated 7-10 working days for delivery. When they hadn't arrived I contacted my lovely agent ( Aimee) who probably knows even less than I do at this stage given that Honey Child (the NZ distributor) told her they would be here at the end of last week.

They're still not here so I emailed Honey Child yesterday and when I got no response I rang them this morning. Now they are telling me they can't even guarantee the nappies will be here by the end of next week. WTF - that will make it over a month!

Aside from the fact that they don't seem to know what's going on with their own distribution, the lady I spoke too was not particularly helpful and offered to send me the ones they have in stock (2 out of the original 6 I ordered). She couldn't seem to understand that I need 2 of each color - she asked me why the gremlins need to have matching nappies. Excuse me - did I ask for tips on dressing my children?

Sorry for the rant - I am just so unimpressed. Especially when I could have ordered them cheaper direct from the States and had them here within 5 working days

Emma I am soooo sorry they are taking so long - to be honest it's really embarrassing because it is so out of my control

Hey, I know it's not your fault! I just want to have a whinge! I hate dodgy customer service - spent far too many years in retail where the customer is always right - and I hate that the agents (ie. you!) get all the flak for their slack service.

I know how you feel, I've placed 2 orders. One of which has arrived in full (quite strange since it was the 2nd order I had done) but my first one which I ordered beginning of January still isn't here. I bitched and moaned so they sent me out what they had in stock but who knows when the rest will show up.

Oh and what annoyed me even more was that when I ordered them we had a ton of spare cash (which was why I ordered when I did) but the first order still has only just shown up on my credit card and the money we had put away DH spent a couple of weeks ago thinking that we had well and truely paid for them So now I'm gonna get pinged with interest on the credit card.

They're sending me one lavender (instead of the baby blue I ordered which isn't it stock), one bubblegum and one yellow which will (had better!) be here tomorrow, who knows when I'll see the rest.

The biggest bug is the fact that they said they had the stuff in stock when I placed the order, and her excuse now is that "a lot of people must have placed orders around the same time". Hmmmm, me thinks time for inventory control retraining!

That is rude. But how dear that person ask why you had to have 2 of each colour. That is your choice and you made it, paid for it and should have them now.

Emma, when i ordered my second lot I had the same prob;em and in the end, they sent me the wrong sizes!!! BUT i complained so much, they sent me a free bottle of massage oil AND then accidentally sent (and didn't charge for) 6 extra liners. so sometimes incompetence can work out for the best! It is such a shame though cause the nappies are great, the agents are great ( Aimee), but the distribution place is crap!

Stacey have you ordered through Melissa? I've done 3 orders now and never had a problem.

thats interesting that they will be making them here... i wonder if that means the price will drop...???

its a shame they are having such supply issues as they are a popular nappy...however there are a lot more efficient and well made nappies available here - both kiwi and overseas made. or as emma said they can be brought just as or less cheaply from overseas.

its funny because 2 years ago when I was buying them they took 8 weeks to get here and they were meant to be here in 7 working days.. I got all my nappies I ordered in the states oodles beforehand, so I sent the fuzzis back.. hopefully things will get better when they are made in nz

I got my order last week (on time) from them, but there was one nappy missing and no comment to say it was out of stock or will come later or anything, so I emailed on fri and asked if it didn't come because it was out of stock, and no reply yet!
I'm not too concerned as bub is over 4 months away from arriving .... but annoyed they haven't answered or explained yet. It said it was in stock when I ordered too.

Grrr

Hi,

I haven't posted here before but have been lurking for a little while. I read this post and had to add that I feel your frustration, I've recently had exactly the same problem with Honeychild. Ordered some Fuzzis through the website last year and it took over six weeks for them to arrive, I had to chase them up. Then I ordered another one in early January, hoping to give it to a friend as a gift and when it hadn't arrived by last week I ended up having to send four emails and ring them three times before I got any response - in the end they refunded my CC (which was only charged last week) and I bought my friend a Peapod from the Baby Factory. But GRRR! Seeing your post made me so annoyed, I thought I was the only one! It does suck that the service has been so off, because the product is great. I got an email apology from them, but it took a lot of chasing up.

Oh...and hi! I geuss I'm not a lurker now.

Hi Ladies, I have just emailed your gripes through to Fuzzi Bunz so that they are aware of what's going on and hopefully fix these issues soon.

It's really embarrassing when us agents order things for our mates on here and you get bad service, so sorry

Like I said Toni, I feel for you gys as agents coz you can only do the best with what you've got. I was led to believe that these issues were a recent thing but it sounds like it's been ongoing which is even worse!

Toni - the ones I got through you got here really fast and they charged my card fairly quickly so I was happy with that order!!

busymum - Nah I ordered it on the website and put down Rachel as the agent as she came and did a demo for me, she has been good and chasing them up and giving me updates but still not happy with the length of time it has taken for them to arrive - and am still waiting - if I had a baby for them to go on I'd be even more pi**ed off. Rachel did throw in some freebies for me for the delay which was nice of her.

I haven't gone through an agent but I'm sure you guys do a great job.

And when I got my first lot of fuzzis back in September they arrived really quickly with no problems. Maybe they just got really popular really quick after that??

I know they have issues with getting what they order from the USA Fuzzi Bunz.

Christmas was a funny time, orders were being sent out the moment they came in, now they are dealing with issues with stock they were expecting to be sent from the states which wasn't ever sent

Please stick with the product though ladies, they really are great nappies, and I'm not just saying that because I'm an agent! I wouldn't have bought them for my baby if they were rubbish.

And they say all good things come to those who wait

I don't know if I was just lucky then, but my order arrived pretty much a week and a bit after I ordered them... just in time for Xmas (Yay Toni! )

I do understand how much shoddy customer service like that would get up your nose though Emma, it's one of my greatest pet peeves too.

For me it was more that I never got any reply to my follow ups, I tried every method possible and it took over a week to hear anything...I can understand things being late because of suppliers, but would prefer to be kept informed or at least acknowledged.
I defnitely won't be giving up on the product - I love my fuzzis! But hopefully this thread will give them a bit of wake up call in regards to customer service.

I have no issues if they have stock/supply issues, hey it happens - but keep the customers and the agents in the loop!

I agree Emma, I don't mind if the missing one is due to an out of stock problem - but they didn't mention it when I got the package (making me wonder if they'd just forgotten to put it in?!) and haven't replied to my email. I should be thankfull the others arrived within the 10 working days I guess (maybe putting Toni down as my agent helped?!? )

I wish they hadn't charged my credit card straight away!!!

Using an agent doesnt mean you will get your order any quicker unfortunately, it depends on how many orders are already waiting and stock supply. Those that ordered just before Xmas got them quickly as everything was in stock at the time and they were trying to get all the orders out before having some time off over the holidays.

I just want to reiterate what Toni said - please dont give up, the product is awesome and these delivery issues are going to be a thing of the past soon. Thanks all for your patience.

Oh and I totally know how you feel, have been waiting for some curtains I ordered almost three weeks ago which they said would take about a week. Well I finally had to ring them and got told oh your curtains are ready but we're waiting on the rings which should be here next week! NEXT WEEK If they had just let me know it wouldnt have been such an issue. grrr

You're welcome Toni. I mentioned in another topic that I'd put your name in (didn't know if it helped you or not) but wasn't sure if you'd seen it. I do live out west, so you would be my agent anyway.
I may need to come and watch if you're doing a demo one day! I'll have no baby to practice on for another 4 or so months. (Hence not being too worried about my one nappy that didn't arrive, haha).

OK - here I go again - in the right thread this time ...

Grrrr, FB's!!!!

I emailed 2.5 weeks ago to tell them of my missing nappy with no explaination, and still no reply ... so I emailed yesterday with a read receipt asking why they hadn't replied. Well they got my email and still no response, so I emailed a couple of hours ago saying that I see they got my email and hadn't replied, and that I think their customer service is shocking, and even though I have heard their product is good I might have to buy peapods when I need larger sizes after this ... still no reply!!!!!

i'd go peapods, they're cheaper anyway
i hope you get a free nappy after all this crap they are putting you through!

sorry i hope that doesn't offend anyone

Well, just to update you - they emailed late yesterday to apologise (very lovely email) and explain that apparently someone left unexpectedly around the time I first emailed, which could have been the reason there was no explaination on my invoice too. They are sending the nappy now and a gift (yay!) and hope I don't change to peapods!
He seemed really nice and was very apologetic ... so I kinda feel sorry for the poor new guy now, he must have walked into a mess!
