Most batter is just flour, water and Baking Powder. Some have additives but doubt there would be any dairy- you could always call and ask.

Inever trusted battered fish with Maya coz a lot of the time they use egg/powdered egg to dip the fish in before battering. But chips are fine, and so are burgers if you ask for no cheese/butter.
I also used to get Maya special no-cheese pizza's when we had pizza, but I couldn't face eating one myself  ------------- Maya Grace (28/02/03)
