Brenna's feeds are as follows:
Wake up - b/f and solids (pureed fruit or veg)
Late Morning - formula (between 180 - 280 ml)
Arvo - b/f
Before bath - formula (between 180 - 220ml)
After bath - b/f
About 9.30pm - b/f
Some people have told me she should be having water. I'm not sure when to give it to her thgough as I don't want her to 'fill up' on water and then not feed properly. She's not constipated. so should I just carry on as is?? Or does she need water???
Advice please.........

If she's breastfeeding she'll be fine - breastmilk is the perfect composition for her. It's recommended to start offering water from a sippy cup around 6 mths more to get them used to the cup than to get any great quantity of water into them.
My two struggle to finish their bottles let alone extra water, but they do like to chew on the sippy cups.

I have no idea if you should be giving her water or not - Ashleigh is fully formula fed so I have been giving her water for a while now. I offer her a sippy cup of water generally when she wakes from a sleep as long as it is at least 1/2 an hour before a feed is due. She will normally have about 4 long sucks and thats all so she isn't getting much at a time and wouldn't be filling up on it!

If you see she is consitpated you can give something like 10 to 20ml. Otherwise I wont bother until a bit later.
