the dreaded lurgy that is...
well i'm hoping i can shake it...feel like crap today and was an effort to get the kids brekkie... last night hubby was throwing up (and other stuff i wont gross you with...)but has gone to work. my stomach has felt really queasy and my head feels like it is stuffed with cotton wool.. yuck... and i have at least two loads of washing that should be hung on the line...  ------------- http://www.myfitnesspal.com/weight-loss-ticker">

Oh poor you! Sounds awful. You need to take care of yourslef though, the more you relax the sooner your body can recover (yeah, cos you can relax when you kiddies and a sick hubby - lol!) -------------
