Jess posted a thread this morning apologising if anyone misconstrued any of her postings in this forum to be offensive (as apparently a few people had complaints).
Not sure where her post has gone though 
Anyhoo, Jess if you're listening, you don't need to apologise, I have found you nothing but helpful and appreciate everything you've done for those of us new to charting etc. The fact that you are straight up and don't sugar coat everything is awesome!
