Emeldee's post about Fraggle Rock reminded me of all the things we loved about the 80s and 90s.. and probably the 70s for some of you.
So instead of highjacking that post I thought I'd start a new one - what's your fave things, tv programmes, movies from back in the day?
Here's a few of mine:
http://www.retrojunk.com/details_tvshows/192-danger-mouse/ - Danger Mouse
http://www.retrojunk.com/details_tvshows/7-saved-by-the-bell/ - Saved by the Bell
http://www.retrojunk.com/details_tvshows/583-rainbow-brite/ - Rainbow Brite
http://www.retrojunk.com/details_tvshows/21-alvin-and-the-chipmunks/ - The Chipmunks
Slap bands (they were banned at my school!) and friendship bracelets
Those fluro and black plastic sunglasses

Those little babies you got in a packet from the supermarket and the nappy changed colour - to pink or blue.
Fake tattoos.
Marbles @ lunchtime break.
Cops and robbers (a game), bullrush.

I was just about to ask if you guys had Punky Brewster here! I remember going to Warringah Mall with my Mum to go clothes shopping and getting a tracksuit with Punk Brewster on the front. I was sooooo in love with it. I must have been 6 or 7 coz I was only 8 when we came back to NZ.
