Hey ladies, our scan didn't go so well this evening.
Baby is the right size for dates, about 8 weeks 3 days, only one baby in there. sadly they couldn't find a heartbeat, which at this age they should clearly be able to see. We have an appointment for another scan in a week's time as i have had no bleeding, and still feel absolutely awfully sick, just on the off chance that maybe they are missing it. but we are setting ourselves up for the likelyhood we will be seeing the same thing, they did the blood flow and there were no colors to show blood circulating to it. 
this seriously sucks ------------- Janine and her 2 cool chicks, Paris & Ayja

HOney, i am so sad to hear it didn't go well. I will cross everything that bubs was just not cooperating for you, but I do think it is good to be prepared for the worst.

| usually you can't hear it but by 5 weeks usually you can see it. baby is there, perfectly formed and the right size for my dates. so who knows what the hells happened. |

Scan is at 2pm on This Friday, 6 days down, 2 more to go. This time in 2 days i'll know.
Boobs still growing, tummy still rounding out and nausea still there. fingers and toes are crossed that the little monkey was just not willing to show up for the machine. Thanks ladies will fill you in on Friday. |
