I think u can freeze whole banans in the skin really well. Havenyt actually done this myself tho,..so not really much help

I never did with Maya, but Jax does so it made me brave enough and I pureed up some mushy bananas with formula and froze it in ice cube trays in the freezer. Yes it has gone brown but it still tastes the same and I'd usually mix a few cubes of banana with a few of apricot or apple or pear.
Of course now I have lots of frozen banana and one baby who can't eat it  -------------  Maya Grace (28/02/03)
