well not me exactly, but gabriel.

heard an almighty scream from outside yesterday went racing out to find gabriel had a stinger in the end of his finger.

by this morning tho the poor boys whole hand - minus the little finger - had swollen up. naughty mummy had allowed the sting to get infected. and i didnt even check his temp and he was very hot when the doc took it...

so today i have a sad boy who just wants cuddles.

If it is itchy, my Gran always used to put a paste mixture of cornflour and water on them. Always worked a treat. Poor little guy

Ouch, poor wee guy!
Don't feel bad Deborah, I wouldn't have guessed a sting could get badly infected so quick either.

My mum swears by half a disprin made into a thick paste with a little water and applied to the sting prick (where the sting when in). We always held the paste there with a sticking plaster. She said it draws the poison out somehow? Not sure if it is just an old wives tale or not, but it does seem to help!
